Weekend appointments! I am licensed in 15 states and offer evening and weekend appointments to meet your hectic scheduling needs. I strive to be different than other therapists and will go above and beyond to customize therapy just for you, so your therapy experience will be one that focuses on your goals and desires without fear of judgement or expressing yourself with someone that truly "gets it." I have been working with patients from age 3 to 83 for almost a decade now, and I am passionate about taking you from where "you are" to where "you want to be" in life.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Intuitive Eating Counselor. I welcome children, teens, and adults. I look forward to helping you overcome your struggles of substance use/addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and other mental health issues.

I know we all lead busy lives and it can be hard to take time for ourselves- that is why I offer very flexible appointments even on Saturdays/Sundays. I enjoying meeting patients where they are and finding out where they are wanting to go next. I customize therapy sessions to what works best for you! For some, that is being challenged, for others therapy is about processing through your past experiences, while others need help controlling their present worries and thought patterns. Together we will see what approach works best for you and continue to explore/adjust what is needed as sessions move forward.
