I am licensed in 16 states and I strive to be different than other therapists by going above and beyond to customize therapy just for you. Your therapy experience will be one that focuses on your goals and desires without fear of judgement or expressing yourself with someone that truly "gets it." I have been working with patients from age 3 to 83 for over a decade now, and I am passionate about taking you from where "you are" to where "you want to be" in life.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, Certified Eating Disorder Specialist & Intuitive Eating Counselor. I welcome children, teens, and adults. I look forward to helping you overcome your struggles of substance use/addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues.
