Great to meet you!

As a licensed professional counselor in South Carolina and North Carolina, my role is to work together identifying the issues and coming up with real plans of how you can move through difficult seasons. I do my best to do that with encouragement, humor, and an understanding that life‘s curve balls find all of us at some point.

My approach to therapy

I believe that counseling should match the person that sitting across from me. My styles may vary from client to client, but I tend to use approaches from cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory sessions provide space for me to hear your story and how I can help. From there, we will develop a plan that honors your story and allows for us to set goals. The process of moving forward, allows us to celebrate every step you take, big or small.
