Great to meet you!

I work with clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and depression who are looking for supportive, professional care. Many clients feel overwhelmed or uncertain about where to start and benefit from a safe, collaborative space to explore their experiences. Together, we can explore ways to manage challenges, nurture growth, build resilience, and find hope and stability in everyday life.

I focus on helping children and adults build emotional resilience, explore challenges and life events, and develop coping skills. I help clients navigate daily challenges and complex experiences, including processing trauma, managing stressors, and developing tools to regulate emotions in a safe, supportive space.

Life brings moments of uncertainty and challenge that can feel hard to manage alone. I support children and adults in exploring emotions and life experiences through conversation and creative expression. I invite you to reach out and see how therapy can help your journey.

My approach to therapy

I engage with clients empathetically and allow my clients to be the experts on themselves while I help guide the therapeutic process. I often adjust my counseling style to fit each individual's needs. I am glad that you are taking the first steps to improve your life and I look forward to working with you!

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for you to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to figure this out. I strive to create a warm, unbiased, and welcoming environment to help form the therapeutic relationship. After the first session, we will work together towards your therapy goals to make them a reality for you.
