Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves to be supported on their journey toward healing and growth. My empathy enables me to see beyond the surface, recognizing the unique struggles and strengths of each person I assist; it’s about walking alongside you, in your pain, and celebrating your victories. I am dedicated to empowering clients to explore their emotions and develop the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. Together, fostering resilience, understanding, and a path toward a brighter future.

My approach to therapy

I create an authentic, supportive, and non-judgmental space. My approach integrates Solution-Focused, which empowers clients identify strengths and envision the positive changes they want to achieve, and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), which helps clients reframe negative thoughts and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges. With empathy, I collaborate with clients to find practical solutions that promote healing, with help to move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients will acquire valuable strategies, problem-solving skills and relaxation techniques, to help them navigate life challenges, learning to manage mental health conditions or enhance overall well-being. Clients get equipped with tools that positively impact their daily lives. Abraham Lincoln once said, “...it’s not the years in your life but the life in your years that matters.” This resonates deeply with my professional mission helping clients reach their goals and live their best lives.
