Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.

In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.

I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered, honoring the connection between mind, body, spirit, and community. I believe that healing happens when all parts of you are given space.

I approach therapy from a place of empowerment. My role is not to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength, resilience, and ability to transform. I focus on building practical tools for daily life while also gently exploring deeper emotional patterns and past experiences that may still be impacting you.

I prioritize emotional safety, trust, and pacing. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and support you in moving forward in a way that feels grounded, respectful, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you want to get out of our work together. We’ll talk through current concerns, relevant background, and begin identifying initial goals.

This is also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of how I work. There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and next steps, along with an understanding of how we would approach your goals moving forward.
