Great to meet you!

At my core, I value connection, authenticity, and the healing power of feeling truly seen and heard. As a therapist, I bring warmth, curiosity, and a calm, steady presence into the room. I’m a nationally certified TF-CBT provider with a strong focus on trauma, anxiety, and OCD—but beyond my credentials, I strive to meet each person with compassion, respect, and a deep belief in their ability to heal and grow.

Outside of therapy, I find grounding in simple joys—spending time outdoors, reading psychological thrillers, practicing yoga, and exploring new coffee shops. I believe in the importance of balance, humor, and creativity, and I bring those values into my work. My goal is always to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can reconnect with themselves, develop practical tools, and move toward the life they want to lead.

My approach to therapy

I am a licensed mental health therapist and nationally certified provider of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), specializing in work with children, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced trauma. My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care, with a focus on building trust, safety, and long-term resilience.

In addition to my work with trauma, I have extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages struggling with anxiety disorders, including Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients manage symptoms, reduce distress, and regain a sense of control in their lives.

I strive to create a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether working through the impact of trauma, navigating intrusive thoughts, or managing day-to-day anxiety, I tailor treatment to each individual’s unique strengths, needs, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In each session, I strive to meet my clients’ needs by creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered. Through active listening, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT, CBT, and ERP, I tailor treatment to each individual’s emotional and developmental needs. I work to meet clients where they are, honoring their pace and lived experiences while helping them build skills for emotional regulation, insight, and long-term resilience. Clients often leave sessions with a greater sense of self-awareness, practical tools to manage anxiety or intrusive thoughts, and a renewed sense of hope. Most importantly, they experience what it means to feel safe in connection — often taking that experience with them as a foundation for healing and growth outside the therapy room.
