Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California with 6 years of clinical experience. I strive to create a supportive, affirming space where you can explore challenges and work toward a more fulfilling life. My approach focuses on helping you build a healthy and grounded sense of self, deepen emotional awareness, and connect with your personal strengths.

I work from an integrative, trauma-informed lens that blends humanistic and attachment framework.

My approach to therapy

I prioritize creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard. I take a holistic view of each client’s experience and work collaboratively to support self-understanding and emotional growth. I'm especially attuned to the importance of building trust and honoring the complexities that each person brings into the room.

I use a combination of attachment-based work, humanistic therapy, and narrative therapy. This means we focus on understanding your experiences, your relationships, and the stories you carry about yourself. Together, we make space for healing old wounds, strengthening your sense of self, and building new patterns that feel more aligned with who you want to be. My role is to provide a grounded, supportive environment while helping you process trauma, shift stuck emotions, and rewrite the beliefs that no longer serve you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will begin with a brief overview of logistics and confidentiality. Once that's out the way, we can focus on what’s bringing you to therapy. My goal is to understand your current concerns in the context of your history so we can start building a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable. It's pertinent to me to get to know you, gauge your level of safety and emotional regulation, and build that strong-therapeutic relationship before diving deep into those more difficult subjects.
