Great to meet you!

I believe therapy can be helpful for anyone, and that meaningful connection is at the heart of healing. Many people go through life feeling unheard, and I aim to offer a safe, welcoming space where you feel truly understood. I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them through their healing journey. My approach is personalized, using a variety of techniques to support concerns such as trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, grief, and more. From one human to another, I genuinely care and am here to help.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients in a compassionate, collaborative way, creating a safe space where they feel heard and supported. My approach is flexible and tailored to each individual, meeting clients where they are and moving at a comfortable pace. I use evidence-based techniques to help with trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions, with a strong focus on connection and healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a comfortable, supportive conversation focused on getting to know one another. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most important right now—at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and supported.
