Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals through life's challenges with compassion and respect. I have experience working with diverse populations including adults managing substance use disorders, adolescents in foster care, and individuals with a history of trauma. I also support individuals ages 10-13 who are navigating neurodiversity in public school settings. I have recently shifted my focus to women's mental health.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a safe, supportive and nonjudgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together to identify your goals and develop practical strategies to meet them. I use evidenced based techniques while honoring your unique needs and values.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will focus on getting to know you and understanding your concerns that brought you to therapy. I will explain my approach, answer any questions you have, and work with you to create a plan that fits your needs. My goal is to allow you space to share your story while building trust and exploring how to work together moving forward!
