Great to meet you!

My journey to becoming a therapist was driven by a deep passion for helping others heal and thrive. I’ve always been fascinated by human behavior and the ways in which our experiences shape us. Over time, I realized that therapy was the most powerful way I could make a difference in people’s lives. What drives me in this work is witnessing the transformation that can occur when individuals gain insight, process pain, and rediscover their strengths.

My approach to therapy

I approach goal setting collaboratively, helping clients identify their values and what they hope to achieve in therapy. We break down these goals into actionable steps, ensuring that they are specific, measurable, and aligned with the client’s overall vision for their life. I regularly check in on progress to adjust goals as needed and celebrate milestones along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and comfortable space where we will discuss their reasons for seeking therapy, their history, and any immediate concerns. I will explain my approach and answer any questions they may have. This initial meeting is focused on understanding the client's needs and building rapport, so we can start working together toward meaningful change.
