Great to meet you!

You might feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck trying to manage anxiety, ADHD, trauma, or grief on your own. It can be hard to slow your thoughts down, feel focused, or know where to begin when everything feels heavy.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief, helping you feel more grounded, supported, and able to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can begin creating meaningful change.

Together, we’ll work on improving focus, managing anxiety, processing trauma, and building practical coping skills that support daily life. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and focused on helping you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s completely okay to feel unsure.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on, what challenges you’re facing, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—we’ll move at your pace so you can feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the start.
