Great to meet you!

I provide therapy within a warm, supportive, and collaborative relationship. I use art, humor, music, and creativity to build rapport and support our focus on your treatment goals. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents, young adults and their parents. I completed my Master's of Social Work at the University of Maryland in 2011 and have been providing clinical services to families for the past 12 years.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients in uncovering unhelpful thought and behavior patterns to lead them to a healthier and more fulfilling life. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an evidence based and highly effective treatment modality that is also flexible and adaptable to each individual.

What you can expect from me

I tailor treatment interventions based on the individual's needs and preferences using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve your quality of life.

I recognize that it takes a lot of energy and courage to seek therapy during the most difficult times in your life. I look forward to working together to support you and your loved ones in the development of healthier and happier patterns and relationships.
