Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist and former Airborne Combat Arms Officer who helps people work through trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and existential challenges by developing resilience, self-mastery, and purpose. My approach is direct and evidence-based, integrating CBT, REBT, DBT, and mindfulness with the clarity and discipline I gained through military and first responder experience. I believe therapy should help you think clearly, act intentionally, and live with greater autonomy because while struggle is inevitable, strength, meaning, and freedom are always within reach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, practical, and rooted in evidence-based methods. I integrate CBT, REBT, DBT, and mindfulness to help clients identify distorted thinking, regulate emotions, and build skills that foster autonomy and resilience. I focus on developing awareness, personal responsibility, and an internal locus of control rather than avoidance or emotional dependence. Therapy with me is collaborative and goal-oriented. We clarify what’s holding you back, challenge limiting beliefs, and build the tools needed for lasting change and self-mastery.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a focused and collaborative conversation about what’s bringing them to therapy, what they hope to change, and how we can work toward those goals. I take time to understand your history, current challenges, and strengths so we can form a clear plan moving forward. You can expect honesty, respect, and practical insight from the start, no judgment, no fluff. My goal is to help you gain clarity, direction, and a sense of control from the very first meeting.
