Great to meet you!

I hold the philosophy that everyone has the tools within themselves to reach their goals, especially when given the right opportunity and support. Therapy can be an opportunity to find balance by getting in touch with who you are and providing direction for where you want to go. I recognize that opening up to someone can be challenging, which is why I focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and providing a safe environment to explore and process life's experiences and emotions. I use a warm and friendly approach to help clients to identify their strengths while empowering them as they work toward their goals.

My approach to therapy

I may have skills to offer and insights to share, but you are the expert on your life and what you would like out of therapy. I welcome feedback from clients, allowing them to make this experience their own. I believe in working collaboratively using a strengths-based approach as I take the time to understand my clients and their unique needs and goals. I find that by integrating techniques from a range of therapeutic modalities, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, I am best able to meet each client where they are and create a more personalized experience.

What you can expect from me

I wholeheartedly believe that all of my clients are doing the best that they can in every given moment, even when they cannot see it themselves. My mission is to support them in finding a sense of hope and self-confidence in optimizing their potential, as they bring the skills that they develop along their therapeutic journey into their daily lives. In our sessions, my priority is to create a safe and welcoming space where you feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll explore what brought you to therapy and talk about the kind of support that feels most meaningful to you. We’ll collaborate to identify your needs and develop a treatment plan that reflects your personal goals and values. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapeutic process, expectations, and anything else that feels important to your journey.
