Great to meet you!

Life can bring moments of deep loss, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm, and it’s not always easy to navigate those experiences alone. Whether you’re dealing with grief, anxiety, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space where you begin to process what you’re going through and find a clearer path forward.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker in Washington and Idaho with a PhD in Social Welfare and over 30 years of experience in behavioral health. My background spans inpatient psychiatry, crisis services, and private practice, which allows me to support clients through a wide range of life challenges. I specialize in helping individuals navigate loss, emotional pain, and transitions in both their personal and professional lives. Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me, and I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, where you feel understood while also supported in making meaningful changes. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches and integrate mindfulness, emotional awareness, and practical tools to meet you where you are.

Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening resilience, and helping you move through difficult emotions in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your values. I hope clients will be able to positively grow while working together, gaining both clarity and confidence as they move forward.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session feeling heard, respected, and supported. My sessions are designed to provide clarity, emotional relief, and practical strategies for moving forward. Whether you’re seeking healing, insight, or tools for resilience, I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental space where personal growth and emotional well-being can unfold at your pace. My goal is to help you design your life to foster emotional and physical wellness.
