Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or stuck? Maybe you're navigating a difficult life transition, relationship challenges, or trying to heal from painful experiences. You don't have to carry it all on your own. I work with teens and adults from diverse backgrounds, active duty service members, and first responders who are looking for a safe, supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and move forward. Together, we'll build coping skills and work toward a more balanced, meaningful life. I also offer therapy in Spanish (también ofrezco terapia en español) so you can feel comfortable in the language that fits you best.

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s situation is different, so I tailor therapy to what you need. I use practical, evidence-based tools to help you manage stress, understand your emotions, and shift patterns that keep you stuck. Together, we’ll focus on real-life changes so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been handling things on your own. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or not like yourself lately, you don’t have to go through it alone. Therapy is a space to slow down, feel heard, and sort things out without judgment. When you’re ready, I’m here to help.
