Great to meet you!

Jon Baldwin, MA, LMFT, LCAS is a Marriage and Family Therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families heal from past hurts, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. Shaped by his own family’s story, Jon is passionate about walking alongside others as they navigate challenges, discover resilience, and build stronger connections. He provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a safe and supportive environment.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I draw from Strategic, Bowen Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, and Emotionally Focused therapies to help clients gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and build stronger connections. Together, we explore family and relational dynamics, uncover the roots of challenges, and create new ways of thinking, feeling, and relating that support growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brought you to counseling. You’ll share a bit about your background, family, relationships, and any challenges you’re facing, while we identify your strengths and goals. Together, we’ll start to uncover patterns, process emotions, and begin creating practical steps toward growth, healing, and healthier connections. By the end, you’ll have a clear sense of how we’ll work together moving forward.
