Great to meet you!

I offer specialized treatment to address anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and insomnia. I have over 20 years experience in the field, and have been licensed since 2007 as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I completed a Master's Degree in counseling with a focus in Marriage, Family and Child therapy. I have a certification to treat insomnia with CBT-I, and have completed level 1 certification in the Gottman method.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate in my role as a therapist to help you make changes that will make a tangible positive difference in your life. I work to accomplish this by asking the right questions to understand your challenges, teach new approaches and skills for the problems you have been experiencing, and by guiding you through that process to reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

We will work together to develop treatment goals to help guide our work together. By the end of each session, you will have at least one specific skill to work on as part of resolving your concerns.
