Great to meet you!

I earned my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, and am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. One of my passions is working with neurodiverse clients of all ages, including Autism and ADHD. Whether you have been diagnosed with Autism or ADHD, or suspect you could be, I can help "make sense" of your experience.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with clients of all ages. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic rapport and bond to help you navigate through issues in your life. I consider my style to be "down to earth" and like to explore all aspects of your life to help determine the "root" of the issues.

What you can expect from me

My initial goal, first and foremost, is to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment where you can feel comfortable to openly explore issues. I prefer to be as thorough as I can with determining your triggers and in figuring out potential coping skills that can work for your life. This can include exploring your past, as well as looking at what presently is causing the concerns.
