I am an active, energetic, and social person who enjoys spending time with my three children. My belief is that each person has the ability to grow, change and reach the goals they have for themselves.

My approach to therapy

I have worked with families, individuals and older adults. Specializing in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and solution focused techniques to address depression, anxiety, and the impacts of traumatic experiences.
