Great to meet you!

I help adults and emerging adults, multi-passionate entrepreneurs, overachievers, perfectionists, chronic self-sabotagers, and those whose stress levels led to sickness get unstuck through personalized therapy to unlock a better quality of life. I help the unsettled through inner work and redefining their path.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the counseling session is centered around you and your unique story. As an individual, I believe in the resilience of each individual to acknowledge and overcome challenges. I also use a biopsychosocialspiritual approach to inform counseling in mind, body, soul and spirit. People are experts in their own lives, and the counseling room provides a safe, compassionate space to explore stories, thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Here's the truth - the quality of your life can be better. You can have improved sleep and decreased stress. You can operate in your strengths and feel a sense of self-acceptance and self-confidence.

The journey to wellness is an active, dynamic and engaging process. I have a passion for people and supporting them as they put voice to their stories and become comfortable in their own skin.
