My approach to therapy

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your concerns, and what brought you here. I create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where you can speak openly and feel truly heard.

During this initial visit, we will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. I’ll ask questions about your current symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and any past treatments.

My approach is collaborative. You are not just being treated—you are an active partner in your care. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction, initial recommendations, and a plan for next steps.

Most importantly, you will leave knowing that you are not alone in this process.
