Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LMSW) in Michigan with seven years of experience walking alongside individuals through some of life’s toughest seasons. I’ve had the honor of supporting people working through anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and grief. I’m especially passionate about creating an affirming space where everyone feels seen and supported, and I’m a proud advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. Whatever you might be carrying, you are welcome here.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, collaborative, and deeply rooted in compassion. I believe that healing happens when we feel safe enough to be our full, authentic selves. In our work together, I’ll meet you with non-judgmental empathy and curiosity. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and will always tailor our sessions to fit your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re looking to process the past, cope with what’s happening now, or simply want to feel more like yourself again, we’ll move at your pace—together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll simply start with a conversation. I want to get to know you—what’s been going on in your world, what brought you to therapy, and what you hope for moving forward. You don’t have to have it all figured out before we begin. My goal is to offer you a calm, affirming space where you feel truly heard and supported. From day one, you can expect care, respect, and a commitment to helping you feel safe and empowered in your healing journey.
