Great to meet you!

My clients want more than quick fixes; they’re looking for clarity, meaning, and a way to feel like themselves again. As a therapist, I offer thoughtful, research-informed support that goes beyond just talking. Together, we’ll make sense of patterns that are not useful and build a more sustainable, fulfilling path forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends proven tools with a holistic lens—helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom and create sustainable change. Sessions are focused, supportive, and designed to leave you feeling more regulated, centered, and in control of your choices. My training is in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP) and other transformational models of treatment with proven results for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like something needs to change but you’re not sure where to start, you’re not alone. Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. Together, we can explore what’s getting in the way and chart a path forward that feels aligned and sustainable. When you're ready, I’m here to support you.
