Great to meet you!

Therapy works best when you can be real and in our sessions, you never have to filter who you are or pretend everything is fine. I'm a down-to-earth, relational therapist who is easy to talk to, listens closely, and isn't afraid to offer honest, direct feedback when it's helpful. My style is supportive, practical, and focused on helping you better understand yourself while making meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, anger, substance use or other addictions, trauma, or major life transitions, we'll work together to identify what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop realistic strategies that fit your life.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a personal journey, and finding the right therapist can be an overwhelming and challenging experience. My approach is direct, strengths-based, and focused on practical progress. I combine tools you can use in daily life with deeper work that supports long-term growth and self understanding. My work is culturally sensitive and acknowledges the impact of historical trauma, intergenerational experiences, and systemic inequalities. Above all, I prioritize connection, trust, and collaboration so you feel grounded, supported and fully engaged in the process.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to be heard, respected, and understood from the very start. I take the time to learn about your experiences, listen carefully to what matters most to you, and offer thoughtful feedback and direction. Sessions are encouraging and supportive, offering hope, motivation, and practical strategies to navigate challenges at your own pace while also beginning to uncover insights that can guide change. You’ll leave with a tangible take away, tailored to your needs along with a sense of clarity, and hope.
