Great to meet you!

It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. If depression, anxiety and/or a history of trauma are causing you to feel overwhelmed and unfulfilled - I’d like to help you feel satisfied, self-confident, and at peace. I have been a Therapist for 19 years and I love what I do!

I assure you that I will not judge you as I have been in your shoes. You will be treated with compassion and understanding. I am open-minded and a woman of Faith.

My approach to therapy

I treat clients with compassion, non-judgment and honesty. I incorporate humor in therapy quite a bit. I focus on listening AND solutions. I do not pressure my clients to accept and implement the therapeutic suggestions I provide, but I will be direct with clients.

What you can expect from me

Safety and Acceptance in my therapy environment are extremely important to me.
