Great to meet you!

IN PERSON AVAILABILITY STARTING 8/1/2026!

I have been practicing as a therapist for 5 years, and specialize in working with mood disorders, attachment trauma, anxiety, addictions, kink, poly/ENM, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. I am highly collaborative with my clients, and often weave humor and sarcasm into my sessions. Feedback is important to me - the relationship between therapist and client is sacred and one of the biggest predictors of change!

My approach to therapy

I primarily work from a person-centered framework, and utilize Internal Family Systems frequently. I tend to follow my clients down rabbit holes, and will always be willing to discuss what is important to you in each session. I let my clients set the pace, and offer feedback, guidance, and practical tools throughout sessions.

What you can expect from me

Typically, a first session with me will be a lot of questions - I want to get to know my clients! I will inquire about goals for therapy, and ask about a lot of areas of my client's lives. I try not to jump in with too many solutions in the first session, as I want a clear picture of the background before diving into the work. I also typically provide an overview of IFS, to set up a clear framework for future sessions.
