Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Michigan who is dedicated to supporting clients through life’s challenges. I earned my degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 2023. I specialize in working with teens, first-generation college students, and young adults experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.

My approach to therapy

I have experience supporting clients in better understanding experiences, developing coping strategies, improving emotional regulation, and building resilience through the use of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness practices.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is not only to provide guidance and tools, but also to walk alongside you as you gain insight, clarity, and confidence in your personal growth journey!

What you can expect from me

I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on creating a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable, respected, and heard. I value fostering an environment that supports your autonomy throughout the process. The first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and to explore your hopes, dreams, and goals—both within therapy and in your life as a whole. Ultimately, I hope to move at a pace that feels right for you.
