Great to meet you!

Finding the right mental health provider can feel overwhelming, especially if you've sought help before and left feeling unheard or misunderstood. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely supported from the very first visit.

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), I believe healing begins by meeting you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and no judgment. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions, you don't have to face it alone.

I provide both medication management and therapy, allowing us to look at the whole picture instead of just treating symptoms. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle. I'll explain the benefits, risks, and alternatives of each option so you feel informed and empowered to make decisions about your care. My appointments are collaborative, never rushed.

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to create lasting change.

My approach combines evidence-based care with genuine human connection. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, somatic awareness, supportive therapy, and person-centered care, tailoring treatment to your unique needs because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health.

Reaching out for help takes courage. Whether you're seeking answers, hoping to feel more like yourself again, or simply looking for someone who truly listens, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, collaborative, and centered entirely on you. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported as we navigate challenges together. Whether we’re focusing on therapy, medication management, or a combination of both, your goals, values, and comfort always guide our work.

I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, somatic strategies, and trauma-informed care to help create meaningful, lasting change. At the same time, I understand that mental health is about more than symptom relief—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, strengthening relationships, and feeling more grounded and fulfilled in daily life.

In each session, you can expect a calm, compassionate space where you don’t have to have all the answers. I bring empathy, curiosity, and clear guidance while honoring your pace and readiness for change. My goal is to walk alongside you without judgment, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and support you in moving toward a life that feels more balanced and aligned.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, clear, and confident in their ability to navigate life’s challenges. Our work goes beyond simply talking about problems. The focus is on developing practical, effective tools that you can apply in everyday life. Whether the goal is reducing anxiety, strengthening relationships, managing intense emotions, or navigating a major life transition, treatment is centered on skills that support meaningful change outside of the session.

Care is not limited to symptom management. We look at the broader picture, including how past experiences and current patterns may be influencing the present. By exploring these connections together, many individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves, develop greater self compassion, and feel more empowered to make intentional, lasting changes. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, care is designed around what matters most to you and your goals for healing.

Sessions provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and think clearly without pressure or judgment. Over time, many people notice increased emotional resilience, stronger self trust, and a renewed sense of direction in their lives. The goal is not to “fix” you, but to support your strengths and help you build the tools needed for growth and well being.

Treatment options may include therapy, medication management, or a thoughtful combination of both. Every decision is collaborative, ensuring that you remain informed, involved, and confident in the path forward.
