Great to meet you!

Evening appointments available. If you feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, if you feel exhausted by the world, if you feel like you don't belong in your own life; then you're in the right place. I am ready for you. Since 2016, I've had the privilege to hold space for people during some of their most difficult days, and had the honor celebrating with them as they reach their goals. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma & addiction. For some, this might look more like low self-esteem, relationship issues, grief, feelings of dread, overwhelm, stress, and/or shame. I specialize working with people who have had a hard time connecting with a therapist, or struggled to feel improvement in the past.

My approach to therapy

I tend to use a blend of many different therapy styles and approaches. I custom fit therapy to your needs. Your preferences are recognized and honored in each session. I tend to have a relaxed, conversational approach that can feel natural and enjoyable. I love humor when the occasion fits. Life is stressful, therapy does not need to be. Therapy is your time and your space.

What you can expect from me

After our first session, you can expect to feel heard, welcomed and supported. You will know you have a safe space to come back to, where you can open up, be your authentic self, and make progress on your goals.
