Kathryn Hunt

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland with seven years of experience in working with adults and children. My experience includes mood disorders, perinatal mood disorders, relationship issues, substance abuse, anxiety and adjustment concerns. I believe a client centered approach allows a genuine experience for both client and clinician. My goal is to help my clients reach a point of internal growth through self-discovery and encouragement.

My therapy approach is generally psychodynamic. I believe that our pasts play a significant role in our present including shaping our character, relationship dynamics, and how we interact in the world.

I create a warm, collaborate, environment for clients to share openly and freely without judgment.
