Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal, grow, and rediscover hope through life’s challenges. I work with people who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance use concerns that can feel overwhelming to carry alone. Many clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward after difficult experiences. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, process what you’ve been through, and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

With over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my approach is warm, relational, and grounded in genuine human connection. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, relapse prevention strategies, and EMDR to help clients process painful experiences, build coping skills, and strengthen resilience. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, individualized, and centered around your unique strengths, goals, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Healing does not happen all at once, and you do not have to have everything figured out before beginning therapy. Together, we will work at a pace that feels supportive and manageable while building tools to help you navigate life with greater confidence and emotional balance. My hope is to help you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to move forward with clarity and hope.
