Katie Cerar

As a therapist I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are in life and with a custom approach for each client, we work together in creating a plan to address and treat the issues that bring you to therapy. I take pride in fostering a nonjudgmental, open, and genuine space for my clients on their journey of healing and discovery.

I work collaboratively with my clients to create a safe and confidential environment for them to explore their emotions, beliefs, habits, and insecurities. Not just talk therapy, but development of coping skills to deal with the real issues. My primary experience includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and substance abuse.
