Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychotherapist who works with adults seeking deeper connection with themselves and others. My practice is grounded in Somatic Experiencing, Emotionally Focused, and Nature Informed Therapies. I specialize in anxiety, grief, life transitions, burnout, and chronic illness, and my background in visual and performance arts lends itself well to supporting creatives. My style is collaborative, gentle, and curious. I believe healing happens through relationship, embodiment, and compassionate attention to the inner world.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in somatic awareness, paced attunement, and respect for the nervous system. I help clients notice patterns in sensation, emotion, and relationship, and we work together to create more space, choice, and flexibility in those areas. Sessions often include grounding, tracking, and gentle curiosity about what is happening in the moment rather than pushing for insight or change. Over time, this process supports resilience, connection, and a deeper sense of self that can carry into daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space where we move slowly and get to know each other. I take time to understand what is bringing someone in, what feels hard, and what matters most to them right now in terms of change and goals for our work together. We’ll talk about pacing, boundaries, and what feels safe, and begin noticing how the nervous system responds as we explore. The goal of the first session is not to “fix” anything quickly, but to establish trust, clarity, and a shared direction for our work together.
