Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Katie, a licensed therapist with over 17 years of experience helping adolescents and young adults overcome anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. As an EMDR therapist and a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m passionate about creating a safe, affirming space where you can explore your true self and take steps toward positive change—at your own pace. My therapeutic approach is built on authenticity, honesty and humor to foster the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness theories, tailored to your unique needs. Whether you’re struggling with life transitions or simply seeking to understand yourself better, I’m here to support your journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, you can expect time and space to share about yourself, your history and what you are looking for in therapy. We discuss treatment goals that are in alignment with what you want and value.

Clients describe me as down-to-earth, compassionate, and someone who makes therapy feel like a genuine conversation. If you’re ready to start making real, lasting changes, I’d love to help.
