Great to meet you!

I understand that coming to therapy for the first time can feel uncomfortable. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore difficulties and build resilience. I embrace the experiences and differences that each individual brings and demonstrate compassion and respect for every client.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, and significant life transitions. I'm certified in Child and Adolescent Trauma and use person-centered, CBT, and acceptance and commitment therapy to provide personalized treatment.

What you can expect from me

I prioritize building a strong support system for my clients and providing a warm and collaborative environment to discuss concerns and work toward goals. Every individual is unique, so I tailor each session to meet their specific needs. To ensure that we are a good fit for working together towards your goals, I offer a brief phone consultation.
