Great to meet you!

My name is Kelly Elizabeth Gardiner, I am a Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including helping ages 6-65+ work through trauma, anxiety, life cycle transitions and relationship problems.

My approach to therapy

I offer a non-judgmental space to openly explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a confidential, supportive environment. I like a person centered approach meaning you are in charge, we go at your speed and things should always be comfortable for you during therapy as we create lasting change for your life.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory rapport building session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
