Dr. Fassieux is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. She earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Fielding Graduate University. She has worked in outpatient mental health, psychiatric hospitals, therapeutic boarding schools, and private practice settings. Her work with adults, children, and teens focus on issues related to stress, coping, self-esteem, identity development, anxiety, and depression.

Counseling strategies: Interpersonal relationships, CBT, and identifying individual strengths.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Fassieux is an integrated therapist and able to pull from disciplines of behavioral, cognitive, and holistic therapy approaches. She believes it is essential to blend elements from different approaches and tailor treatment according to each client's needs.

Clients can expect to build a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, beliefs, and patterns. We focus on learning strategies to challenge and change patterns to experience an increase sense of wellness. In addition, clients learn strategies to connect thoughts and emotions to develop a stronger sense of self. Clients can expect to feel more positive, more empowered, and more confident with skills they can use skills to navigate challenges that life presents.
