Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides supportive, down-to-earth care for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and everyday life stress.

With a background in nursing and caring for families and children, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle everything and still try to take care of yourself.

I enjoy working with busy adults, parents, and anyone who feels stuck or mentally drained. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and able to be yourself without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward, open-minded, and collaborative. I believe in being real with my clients while also creating a supportive, judgment-free space.

I meet you where you are and tailor care to fit your needs. I combine medication management with practical strategies and brief therapeutic support to help you feel better in a way that actually works in your daily life.

You can expect honesty, clear communication, and a provider who is focused on helping you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on understanding you and what’s been going on. We’ll go over your symptoms, history, current stressors, and what you want to feel different.

It’s a conversation, not an interrogation, and you don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand.

By the end of the session, we’ll create a clear plan together. If medication is appropriate, we’ll discuss options so you feel informed and comfortable with next steps.

My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and like you finally have a direction moving forward.
