Great to meet you!

I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, panic, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance use, and the many stressors that life can bring. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, you’re not alone—and support is available.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines thoughtful, evidence-based medication management with brief, supportive therapy. I focus on helping you find relief from distressing symptoms while also building insight, resilience, and practical coping skills you can use in your daily life.

I believe that care works best when it’s collaborative and personalized. I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and partner with you in creating a treatment plan that feels right for you. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, supported, and confident in managing your mental health—at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk through what you’ve been experiencing—your symptoms, feelings, and any challenges that may be impacting your daily life. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. This helps us build a clear picture of your needs and goals.

By the end of our session, we’ll work together to create an individualized plan tailored to you. This may include recommendations for medication, coping strategies, and next steps so you can begin to feel some relief and move forward with more clarity and support.
