My approach to therapy

I utilize clinical interventions that often include art, mindfulness, empathy, movement, music, storytelling, skill-building, affirming, and trauma-informed care. I am an eclectic therapist and often use CBT, Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Strength-based approaches. In addition, I provide walk and talk therapy(in person) and virtual therapy services.
