Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health therapist with a passion for weaving mind–body awareness and spiritual insight into the healing process. I specialize in working with women, healers, and other therapists, My clinical work has focused on supporting adults through trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal/spiritual growth. Alongside traditional training in mental health counseling, I have spent years studying holistic practices and ancient healing wisdom, which deepens the way I listen and help clients reconnect with their own inner guidance.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused, empowerment-based, and deeply somatic. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trauma-Focused Somatic Therapies to help clients gently explore their inner world, heal nervous system dysregulation, and build resilience. I invite clients to connect with their own intuition and inner wisdom, blending evidence-informed practices with spiritual integration when desired. My goal is to help you reclaim a sense of safety, self-trust, and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask about your history and the challenges you’d like to address, with special care to create a trauma-sensitive, non-judgmental environment. Together we’ll clarify initial goals and discuss how we can work collaboratively—whether that means developing somatic tools for calming the nervous system, exploring inner parts through IFS, or creating strategies for empowerment and growth. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of next steps and a feeling of being heard, supported, and respected.
