Great to meet you!

Looking for a therapist usually means something in your life or relationship isn’t sitting right anymore. Maybe communication with your partner feels strained, intimacy has faded, or you’re carrying stress or emotional pain that you don’t want to carry alone anymore. You might love your partner but feel disconnected, frustrated, or unsure how to find your way back to each other. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Relationship & Sex Specialist. I work with couples and individuals who want to improve communication, rebuild trust, and create stronger emotional and physical connections. Many of the people who come to see me are navigating intimacy concerns, desire differences, performance anxiety, or relationship patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts to change them.

In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative and practical—we look at what’s happening beneath the conflict or disconnection while also building tools you can use in daily life. We’ll explore patterns, emotional needs, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others, and we’ll work toward healthier ways of communicating, connecting, and navigating intimacy.

My approach is warm, direct, and sex-positive. I believe struggles around relationships and sexuality are common and treatable, and that growth happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they’re experiencing. Whether you’re coming in as a couple wanting to reconnect or as an individual seeking clarity and confidence in your relationships or sexual well-being, my goal is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or clear answers to begin. You just need a willingness to start the conversation.

My approach to therapy

I work with couples and individuals who want more clarity, connection, and ease in their relationships and sex lives. Many of the clients I support often feel stuck in repeating patterns, disconnected from desire, or unsure how to talk about sensitive topics without conflict or shutdown. My role is to help you slow things down, feel safe enough to be honest, and learn new ways of relating to yourself and your partner.

I commonly help with:

  • Couples therapy for communication challenges, conflict, and emotional distance
  • Sex therapy, including low desire, mismatched libido, performance anxiety, erectile concerns, and intimacy after life transitions
  • Rebuilding trust, emotional safety, and connection after hurt or betrayal
  • Navigating changes in desire related to stress, parenthood, aging, or trauma
  • Exploring boundaries, identity, and intimacy in a sex-positive, shame-free way
  • Supporting individuals who want a healthier relationship with sex, their bodies, and their needs

My therapy style is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I balance insight with practical tools, helping you understand why patterns exist while also supporting you in creating change outside of session. I don’t take sides or rush the process—instead, I focus on helping you feel understood, grounded, and empowered to show up differently in your relationships.

Above all, I believe therapy should feel human. You can expect thoughtful conversation, gentle challenges when needed, and a space where vulnerability is met with care—not judgment.
