Great to meet you!

I believe that you are the expert of your own life, and it is my privilege to accompany you on your journey of self-discovery and growth. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges and transitions that can arise, and I am passionate about supporting individuals through these processes. I work with a diverse range of clients, including college students, adults navigating the empty nest phase, and those who are caretakers for others. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space for anyone seeking to process their experiences, find clarity, and move toward healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion and respect, tailoring therapeutic modalities to best fit each individual. I believe in creating an authentic, collaborative space where clients can get to know me through appropriate self-disclosure, and I value the role of humor in the healing process. I believe that laughter and lightness can be powerful tools for connection and growth."

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we will focus on building a strong rapport and creating a safe, open space for you to share your thoughts and concerns as we complete the intake. We’ll work collaboratively to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll set SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goals to ensure that you have clear milestones to track your progress and feel confident in the steps you're taking toward meaningful change. My aim is to empower you with the tools and support you need to make the progress you’re seeking in a way that feels both achievable and fulfilling.
