Great to meet you!

I believe every person holds the capacity for rediscovering balance, purpose and hope in their lives. My work is grounded in bringing authentic self to every session and tailoring treatment to meet your unique needs, beliefs and goals. I am always aiming to uncover and build on your natural strengths as well!

Using a strengths-based, individualized approach, I help clients uncover patterns and root causes that may impact emotional well-being and hold them back from their full potential.

I aim to create an environment where you feel truly respected, heard, and supported as you move toward greater clarity, self-awareness, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I draw from multiple therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques.

I’m also IFS-informed, meaning I integrate “parts work” to help you better understand your inner world and build greater self-acceptance and healing.

When it’s helpful, I may incorporate experiential or creative approaches—like guided imagery, role-play, or other client-centered exercises. I’m also happy to integrate your personal belief systems or practices (such as spirituality, religion, or astrology) into our work if they’re meaningful to you and support your goals.

What you can expect from me

This is your space! Therapy only works when we can work together and come up with YOUR goals together. Every session is unique and tailored to what will best help you in that moment and promote your growth/future goals. I also am a believer that laughter is the best medicine!
