Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and seniors.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients feel safe and understood, without judgement.

I have completed training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused CBT. I pull from all of these models to adapt to each individual client's needs.

What you can expect from me

I will complete a psychosocial history to learn more about you and find out what goals you would like to get out of therapy.
