Great to meet you!

Are you struggling to find traction and purpose in life? Are you stuck or finding a lack of satisfaction in your relationships? I have extensive experience working with people struggling with a variety of issues and have worked with people at every stage of their journey. I have helped many clients reclaim their "hero's journey" and find their way out of the maze of anxiety, depression and apathy they may find themselves in.

My approach to therapy

I provide a humanistic relational approach, that simply means that much of the benefit of therapy is gained from the quality of the relationship. I believe a quality relationship to be one that allows for a full expression of thoughts and feelings. I've also worked and trained in several skills-based therapies such as CBT, DBT and ACT.

What you can expect from me

Client's can expect to be part of an engaging collaborative alliance to identify goals for the therapy. You can expect me to be warm, open-minded and curious.

I believe in the power of an authentic relationship where we are most willing to courageously examine the parts of our lives that most need attention. I also believe in a strength-based approach that honors the innate gifts we all have to help us find our purpose in life.
