Great to meet you!

I'm Lacey Davis and I have been working in the mental health field for about 10 years. I like to help individuals work toward healing and becoming their best selves. I love seeing the impact of the counseling space I share with individuals and their transformation.

My approach to therapy

I like to be creative in the sessions by using different modalities to express a tool or skill so that treatment can be individualized to that person's needs. I do my best worth with those wanting to address depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns.

What you can expect from me

The outcomes that I expect is for individual to gain control of their own lives and to know how to disarm triggers related to their symptoms. The goal is to help you become aware of your mental health needs and to refer back to your toolbox to utilize what you've gained in therapy.
