Great to meet you!

What’s on your mind?

This question guides my work as a psychotherapist. I have a background in both theology and psychology. Before becoming a therapist, I served for several years as an ordained minister focused on creating inclusive faith communities. That work attuned my ears to the wounds we carry and to the parts of ourselves that seek meaning and connection.

I hold an MA in Mental Health Counseling & Spiritual Integration and am currently being trained in psychoanalysis. My clinical work focuses on folks navigating identity, desire, and belonging—particularly those healing from religious or spiritual trauma, or exploring gender-expansive and LGBTQIA+ identities.

I work with individuals who are curious about their inner life, who sense there is more to who they are than the stories they’ve been told. Together, we’ll listen for what your mind and heart are asking you to notice, and help you move toward a more grounded and embodied way of being.

My approach to therapy

I listen for the story beneath the story—the one told in the body, in dreams, in silences. Together, we trace the threads of memory and meaning that have shaped who you’ve had to be, and we make room for who you’re becoming.

My work is paced, gentle, and depth-focused. I believe in the transformative potential of awareness: that by turning toward what has felt unbearable, something new becomes possible. If spirituality has been a source of wounding, we can hold that pain with care and curiosity. Healing, as I understand it, is not about erasing the past but allowing new life to emerge from within it.

What you can expect from me

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Many of my clients come with questions rather than answers—about who they are, what they believe, or how to live more freely in their own skin.

In our sessions, you can expect warmth, honesty, and an atmosphere that invites reflection. We’ll move at a rhythm that honors your nervous system and your story. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you rediscover your inner authority—where what’s on your mind and what’s in your heart can finally meet, and be heard.
