My approach to therapy

"I provide a warm, collaborative, and judgment-free space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I work from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients build insight, resilience, and effective coping strategies while navigating life’s challenges. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, stress, relationships, life transitions, or personal growth, I strive to create a safe environment where meaningful change feels possible and sustainable."

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns or questions you may have. We’ll also review informed consent, confidentiality, practice policies, and what you can expect from the therapeutic process so you feel comfortable and informed moving forward. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share openly at your own pace while we begin identifying the best path toward your goals.
